Stopped working

I purchased heat pad just two hours ago and it’s already stopped working completely—there’s no light on the remote at all.

Best Heating Pad Ever

This is the best heating Pad my wife and I have ever purchased. All of the features just put it over the top, with 6 heat levels, 6 massage levels, & that it’s weighted make it a plus.

Quick heating

So far, working well. Quality is nice and the price was good. It gets as hot as you need and has a timer feature Cord length is excellent. The heating pad seems well made and the controls are clear and easy.
