Madrid 3 Drawer sideboard

The sideboard is very nice and sturdy. A nice fit for where it is now positioned in my house. However, it requires a few hours of assembling. The price was right and obviously at that price would require assembling. Missing were a few screws for my cabinet drawers.

Very disappointing service.

I can't rate the actual item as I never received it. I ordered this on 8/7 and after no update on the status I had made several calls to Macy's customer service. First person told me it would be delivered within a week, never received it. Next person told me they would do a tracer and let me know an it would take up to a week. 2 weeks later I get online to call AGAIN and see that it has been canceled. I received no calls no emails regarding this change. I have been a longtime customer of Macy's and most of the furniture in my house came from Macy's. There have been issues in the past but they were always addressed and resolved quickly. This time has been ridiculous. This was to be a gift for my daughter in law. I will think long and hard before ordering from Macy's again.

Be prepared to spend hours putting this together

Sideboard looks great and feels sturdy. However, the sideboard came in multiple pieces that had to be assembled. It took me 4-5 hours to complete it. Definitely more time than I would like to spend putting a furniture together. I just wished some of the parts came pre-assembled.
