Broken after 5 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I travel for work and decided to splurge on a Tumi due to their reputation. After 5 months of careful use, the bag is broken, rendering the backpack functionality useless. Bloomingdales associate says it will take 8 weeks to repair.

Love the versatile bag!

I have been using it a few days and I find it to be just the right size, not too big or bulky or heavy. Works for both backpack and cross over or a hobo type of bag. I'm very happy!!
