Bloomingdale’s Blew It!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this as a gift for my husband. The backpack is great, the packaging not so. Paid extra for gift wrap and included a card. Bloomingdale’s did not gift wrap the gift, left the price tag on and threw a rumpled piece of paper at the bottom of the box with the gift message.Not the usual classy Bloomingdale’s moment. Seriously disappointed. Did call customer service and am getting credited for what I paid for gift wrap.
