THE LIGHT HEAVY WEIGHT

THIS BAG WAS PURCHASED FOR MY AUGHTER TO TRAVEL ABROAD. THUS FAR SHE HAS NOTHING BUT STELLAR REVIEWS FOR THE BAG. IT IS LARGE AND WELL CONSTRUCTED WITH SHELVES, ZIP STORAGE, AND MORE THAN ENOUGH ROOM. THE ROLLER WHEELES ARE SMOOTH GLIDING AND IT TURNS ON A DIME. IT APPEARS HEAVY, BUT IN RELITY IT IS NOT. ALL TOLD IT IS AN ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC BAG.

LOVE MY CLOSET SUITCASE!

If it's in your closet, you can fit inside!! Love my bag and receive a great deal of compliments. I have used on a cruise, fit my over the knee boots, parasol and evening gown. I also had feathered shoulders and other necessities, it's a game changer. Purchased at Tyson's Mall and highly recommend purchase, don't forget to the weekender. Its just wonderful to have 2-3 bags into one, that is also on wheels!!

2nd use and missing a wheel

Super disappointed. 1st time buying Tumi and very upset. I have used it 2X both times it has been over weight. I just arrived at my destination yesterday and one of the wheels was missing when I got it from baggage claim. Now I have 3 wheels to deal with on vacation. I would like to return it.

Innovative not perfected yet...

Overall this is an innovative design with stand up shelving for shoes and toiletries, however the case will not stand open when filled due to the weight distribution and wheel positions. So the shelving serves as a nice divider but not real shelves when fully packed. I have numerous Tumi pieces and I still like this one very much. One overall miss on all new Tumi models is the zippers are too small so alignment needs to be perfect to close and I am unsure of the longevity for frequent travelers. I have a few really old Tumi and Andiamo luggage pieces - the zippers where much more robust back then.

Great product will wear before 5 year mark if used frequently

The product is a checked bag so don’t expect anything about it to be light or “carry on .“ fully loaded its well over 50 lbs . The zippers will be the first thing to wear out due to use repeatedly so get ready for that . Overall it’s a great buy due to its overall durability minus the zippers becoming detached over time and use .
