Disappointed

The handle isn't comfortable when you lift it, not like my older bag. I flew from California to WashyD.C., It doesn't fit under my seat on United, as advertised. That was disturbing. Over all disappeared with the bag.

My new Rumi 4 wheel brief

I must say that I love this bag, however there are a couple things I wish had been added to it's design. 1: There is really no real easy and quick access to the interior of the bag. I order to get to the main storage area the bag must be fully unzipped which in certain areas (like in a plane, on while at a meeting) can be very difficult to accomplish. 2: There are no extra hooks or loops, etc. to hang anything (on the outside) of the bag other than the top carry handle and a "very small and extremely tight" area just under the USB plug. 3: and this is just a small inconvenience, but the top carry handle is "VERY TIGHT" and can be a little uncomfortable getting your hand under to carry. What I really like about this bag is the ease in which it rolls, very smooth, the style is fantastic and the overall quality is amazing. Despite the above 3 personal comments I would recommend this bag to any serious traveler.

Excellent carry-on

I am very happy with this purchase. The size, features and build quality are excellent. This compact spinner, plus a large backpack, held enough for a four day trip and made the travel easier. Highly recommended.

Great laptop bag!

Pricey but a great product overall. The bag is structured so it won't collapse if you set something on top of it. Tons of room inside and rolls very smoothly even when you have something heavy on top of it. You can personalize it with your initials, it has a built in bag tracker, and it has a 7 year warranty as well.

Excellent Travel Bag

I’m so happy with this purchase. Was perfect for my trip..I was able to pack quite alot into this bag…very well constructed and the accents gave it a very special look. Highly recommend purchasing.

Great Product. Surprisingly Roomy. Fit underneath seat on A300-200.

Happy with purchase. We brought it on an A330-200. Tested it beneath a seat. Fit with no problem. Glad we purchased this over the Small Compact version. Compared both in store and felt this one provided a bit more necessary room. The biggest difference in this version vs. the Small Compact is the integrity and construction of the telescope handle. This one felt way more sturdy. Based on the handle alone, which felt flimsy and poor in quality, do not recommend the Small Compact. It was very surprising for a TUMI product.
