Order all messed up.

I paid for 12 chairs with two orders. They had no problem collecting my money twice. I only received 6 chairs. They are not easy to contact and now I am wasting hours on the phone. Terrible.

No help

Ordered 6 chairs. When received 1 chair had a broken leg. I have contacted Macys and chair company and have not heard back from either place as to replacing broken chairs. Very frustrating

Chair Surprise

I ordered 6 honeycomb colored parson chairs and to my surprise they showed up very quickly. They are light grey with a honeycomb pattern outlined in white. They were very easy to assemble and do come with video instructions. My hubby said the video was worthless, but he figured it out. The legs match my table and buffet perfectly! Sometimes the photo lighting is off, but again the legs are a perfect match table. It's also a great price because decent chair are expensive.

Very comfy chairs.

I needed some new chairs for my dining room table. The table is still in good condition but the chairs that came with it have been abused by my many dogs over the years (they had gnawed on the legs etc.) so it was time to replace them. These chairs are very comfy. I like the fact that the cushioning is on the seat and back of the chair which my previous ones didn't have. This makes them comfortable when leaning back. I also like the fact that they don't have arms which two of my previous ones did, so that makes it easier to sit on them if you are in tight quarters. They were easy to put together. As recommended, I have sprayed them with a fabric protector. I would definitely recommend these to others.
