What a bad joke

Each chair only came with two legs. Now I'm waiting for the manufacturer to send UPS a pickup request, been waiting four days now. I won't be buying anymore furniture online from Macy's again. No help at all with my return problem.

Missing all 4 legs of the chairs. Hope I get them replaced soon.
