Missing/Broken Pieces & Non existent Service

Product looks nice but was missing all of the hardware and had a broken wheel. I was unable to receive assistance from the customer service department because their site did not indicate that the order had been delivered although it had and I had proof. I have to watch and wait to see once it eventually shows it was delivered to again reach out for assistance. Very frustrating process so far. Will update depending how this saga unfolds.

Hardware missing, one metal plate is upside down and long support not sturdy.
