Nice backpack but the finishing is not good.

Terrific Traveling Day Bag

The navy bag was nicer than I expected. it is a quality made item. The zipper and snaps work as they should. The leather is supple. I am going on a 2 week bus tour and the carry on size is restricted, the size of this bag is perfect. it's a midsize backpack but nicer.

Zipper Ruins Otherwise Nice Bag

This is a nice looking bag with a good design for keeping things handy but secure. However, the quality control could be better since the bag I received has a zipper on the main compartment that catches in two spots. I will be returning it to avoid dealing with a frustrating sticky zipper. I would prefer to exchange it in store so I can find one that opens and closes ok since I like everything else about it, but no Macy's nearby have it in stock. Overall a disappointment.
