wrong item received

I was sent the wrong item, not the one pictured but based on other customers’ reviews, it seems the company is doing a bait and switch, disappointed

Despite the messenger bag picture and price, the description says cross body. And I did get a cross body. Twice. The bag on the left is the one I received. The bag on the right is the replacement I got when I told customer service I'd been sent the wrong bag. Now I have two items to return. I'd hold off on ordering this until Macy's gets their site error corrected.

Buyer beware- item NOT as pictured

I have ordered this bag 3 times already. I wanted a large crossbody and the double bag featured looked great. However- the WRONG bag keeps getting delivered. They keep sending the single version (half the size). I have spoken to customer service (& I know it is not their fault ) but this company is repeatedly exchanging it for the same WRONG item..Very frustrating! I will be returning it for the 3rd time and will look elsewhere for the type of bag instead of receiving the wrong one again!
