CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE!!!!!!!

Placing the order took close to two hours on the phone, with long hold times, transfers and conflicting information from different people. Then order was cancelled, re-placed and cancelled again, for unknown reasons--and without my being informed until I called to ask why it hadn't arrived. I received it finally in mid-January, though I originally placed it well in time for Christmas delivery. ALSO, I was told by several people that I'd automatically receive a 30% discount on the full price for putting it on a new Macy's charge card, but the statement arrived with no such discount. When I called to complain, I was told that there was a maximum of $100. Thus, I was charged more than was quoted, and spent more time on the phone, being given bad information. Altogether, a frustrating and terrible experience!!!!!
