Bad quality

This boot is so cute in the picture but when I received it, it's very flimsy. The material is very soft and does not hold up the shaft of the boot. Such a strange design too. While the heel is low, the way the foot is designed gives it an odd arch and makes it very difficult to walk in. I'm a huge TR fan, and this is my first miss out of many, many orders. Would not recommend this boot.
