Too firm
Pillow is much firmer than typical memory foam and quite thick so not as comfortable as expected.

Good pillow but bad stock from Macys
I have used this exact pillow for several years now, previously from Bed Bath and Beyond. It is a great pillow. However, it is made of foam, which degrades after a couple of years and makes it less firm. I usually get a new one after two years. The one I ordered from Macys still has the "Made exclusively for Bed Bath and Beyond" tag on it, making it at least two years old. My old pillow I was trying to replace (which also has the "exclusive" tag) is more firm than this one, so Macys has some very old stock they are trying to pass off to the consumer. I really want to keep using this pillow but I am not sure if I want to play the Macys warehouse roulette to get one that's actually new.

pretty comfortable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is more comfortable than I thought it would be. It’s a little thick for my liking personally, but overall it’s definitely good for side sleepers because it’s firm and holds its shape but also soft enough to sleep comfortably on.

Didn't work for us
Pillows seemed to be good quality. Just too dense. Did not hold head in a good position. Also, disappointed that they do not include a protective cover. And they had a strong chemical smell.
