poor return service
I returned this item and it shows incomplete on the Macys app and no refund has been issued. I’ve called various times and each representative confirms my refund will be issued but it never does. I’ve spoken to multiple people and emailed. Macys stayed with the item and my money. I have had to leave a review like this, but it is frustrating. I am getting nowhere with my refund being issued.

Super Sleep Mattress Cover

Good support and cooling mattress!

Thick and soft

This one has a lot of thickness to it and it is soft yet sturdy and extremely comfortable. It makes any mattress comfier instantly. I highly recommend this product!

A Better Nights Rest

Before this mattress topper I woke up frequently throughout the night and would find my back and neck bothering me in the morning. Now I wake up less often and actually feel the pressure releasing on my body as I settle in for the night. I couldn’t be more pleased with this mattress topper and would highly recommend finding the right one for you and your bed.
