cute

Dress is cute on but giving only 3 stars because my daughter says the smocking in the back is itchy. The only way she was willing to wear it was with a tshirt underneath... Being that the front top is lower cut you can only imagine what that looked like. I may need to alter the back myself to line it with a smoother fabric. Runs slightly large but not terribly off. It was too expensive of a dress to just hang in the closet.
