Presentation Was Awful

This necklace came in a tiny plastic bag. As a result the chain was in tangles and knotted up. I started to try and untangle it, and said forget it. I sent it back. Then they charged me $9.99 to send it back. I'm all done with Macy's.

Difficult to work clasp

Beautiful necklace and I wanted to love it. But the clasp is so small that I literally spent five minutes trying to get it on with no success. It needs a more robust lobster clasp rather than the spring clasp it has.

Perfect layering necklace

I have been stalking these necklaces for months now, waiting for a good sale and they finally dropped into my price range. I was looking for something delicate and sparkly to layer with other necklaces and bought both the white and yellow gold. I was hesitant based on other reviews, but am very pleased with both. They are just what I was hoping for. The diamonds sparkle. Yes, some can and do flip over when you move but because of the bezel design, the diamond is visible on both sides. I am extremely happy with my purchase and wear one or the other every day. I have several pieces of Effy jewelry that I have purchased through Macy's and all are just beautiful.

Beautifully delicate...

This is a very simple, elegant, and delicate pretty necklace, with quality stones. The lobster clasp is small, keeping with the scale of the rest of the necklace, but still manageable for my 60 yo fingers. The bezel stones may turn as it is worn, but that is true of all station necklaces. The cut of the stones makes even the back of the stone sparkle, if a bit less than it's face. Overall, a lovely piece.
