Plastic parts break

I've owned this juicer for 2 years now. We use it almost every day. Every 6 months I have to contact customer service to replace the same exact part. It's the auger housing. The locking part that holds everything together. At this point we've been given the following instructions. Cut everything into very small pieces before juicing (think thin carrot stick size) Only use the machine for 30 minutes at a time. Clean the screen while juicing so it doesn't get clogged. I've followed this instructions but it continues to break. I'm extremely frustrated at this point. I go through all this extra work only to have this machine break. Think about this if you plan on using this juicer frequently. If I had known all of this I would not have bought it.

Its a no for me

The chute is very small. You have to cut your fruits very small. The pieces still get stuck in the blades and the juice doesn't run out.

Tribest solarstar4

Need to make the opening much larger because the veggies keep getting stuck and is a bit difficult to push through which is very annoying. Other than that I like the fact that the juice is good up to 72 hours

Too hard to work with it.

I couldn't open it to clean it up. Returned it.
