WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

This has been the absolute worst experience ever. I ordered this desk 2 months ago and still have yet to receive it. To make things worse everyone you talk to is helpless and cant get you any help or answers. Macy's says they cant help you because they didn't sell it even though it was bought directly from their website; and refuses to make anything right or resolve the problem. FedEx tells you they messed up so they just shipped it back to Macy's call them if you want to deal with it and figure it out. It is the worst customer service ever, Macy's has no problem stealing your money, and then telling you they are too incompetent to do anything about it. It's an absolute shame that a business can operate like this and treat customers this way.
