Delivered damaged

Item was delivered damaged. The box looked like it had been abused! This is how it showed up at my door! No help from Macy's, only told to contact the seller directly and they have not responded.

NOTHING IS WHAT IT SEEMS

I did not realize that it comes in SEVERAL PIECES. It has taken over a month and a half to try and get this ite. Returned. The seller offered some money for me to keep it and just took forever responding. Macy's was pretty good at finally getting this resolved though.

Not as big as advertised

Advertised as able to hold 20 pairs of shoes, but I could only fit 14-15

Shoe cabinet

Good shoe cabinet It is perhaps for 20 pair of shoes if your size is 9 and plus. However, it is a good one and it looks modern. It took some time to be assembled.
