Completely fell apart within 6 months. Do not buy!

Impossible to put together

It gives you a little hammer, but nothing works. Nothing fits. Don’t spend your money on it.

Very poor quality material and time consuming to put together. It was a waste of money. I would never recommend this product. The instructions were not clear.

10 tier rack

From the looks of things I am still putting this rack together. There was no instructions at all or a picture of the item. Open the box and all I seen was poles. And pieces of square fabrics. Well it’s been a week already I’m still not done. Do not recommend this 10 tier fabric rack.

DON'T BUY

Worst product ever. A complete waste of money. Putting it together, the sheet ripped, it's not sturdy, and I surprised that Macy's sells poor quality product.

Worse product! Don’t buy it!!

This product has hundreds of parts and it is incredibly difficult to put together. This is also sold Through a third party and they don’t take returns. Macys is not responsible for this product. In other words, you are donating your money. Do yourself a favor and keep your money in your packet. Complete waste of my time and money!! I will not recommend this item to anyone. If I could give it a negative 0 star I would.

NOPE

Good size, fits a lot of women’s size shoes, but fabric is cheap. Ripped right away, so 10 shelves are now 9. Decided best to put out in garage and not in closet
