Lost package

Unfortunately, I never received this item. The delivery person dropped it off at the wrong address. This is not Macys fault as I did confirm they had my mailing address correct.

Travel Pro Quality

We recently purchased two WalkAbout 7 hard-sided carryons from Macys They were delivered quickly and arrived in great condition. While there were limited reviews of this Made for Macy’s product, we are very pleased with the light weight, sturdiness, and size of this carryon. The interior organization is good, and we will use packing cubes for the side without a zippered divider. The blue color is attractive, and we hope the exterior will stay free from scratches. Please note that this is an older model carryon, and it may not be accepted by all American and International and airline carriers. That was not a concern for us, and we chose this older model for the expandable two-inch zippered feature and the slightly larger size.

Poor Quality

TravelPro does not back their products. The expandable zipper broke the first time we used it. They would only fix it, if we paid for shipping, which was half the cost of a new suitcase!

We love its versatility

The spinner is light, compact, and all of the various pockets make it easy to organize your travel essentials. We bought to replace a similar travel bag and it’s much more efficient and substantially lighter. Definitely recommend it.
