Outstanding product! It provides the space needed with organization. Excellent durability! I expect a long term relationship with this travel bag. LOL! Very disappointed

I used the carry-on bag for a road trip and before I even got a chance to really use the bag, the wheel fell off! It looks like a round piece of plastic kept the wheel from attaching. Maybe the piece of plastic was left on from the manufacturer. Regardless the bag fell apart even though I was very gentle with it.

Hate this suitcase

I bought this suitcase for a trip to Italy, I researched the perfect suitcase to buy and purchased this. It was not easy to pull through the airport and is heavy. I tried to return it today and didn’t realize Macy’s has a 30 Day return policy. Done with this suitcase brand and with Macy’s.
