Disappointed with the quality

I’ve been a loyal Travelpro customer for years—I’ve purchased six of their roller board bags in the last four years, and until now, I’ve never had an issue. Unfortunately, this special edition color of the Elite Carrier Spinner has been a big letdown. I’ve only used this bag twice, and already the extension handle won’t fully extend. For a premium-priced piece of luggage, I expected much better quality and durability, especially from a brand with such a strong reputation. It’s frustrating because my other Travelpro bags have held up great. I really wanted to love this one, but I can’t recommend it based on my experience.

Attention to detail

The attention to detail on this is great! The handle on the bottom is helpful for unloading, the feet on the side is helpful for storing. It’s not a flashy suitcase but clearly there was thought put in for customers

Excellent Carry On

Bought one for my husband a few months back as he was still using a two wheeler. He loved it so I got another for myself. They are so well co stricter with thoughtful features. Also chose colors that are not black to make them easier to spot in baggage claim as we generally check our bags.

Traveloro

I’ve had a travel pro bags before and loved them. All of their current carry one only hold a fraction of the old one. Additionally, the expansion area is small and almost worthless. Very disappointed!

Seems impossible to return. VERY

Seems impossible to return. VERY difficult to find return procedure (45 minutes), no phone contact is available (only recording that you have to use the website), and I am still waiting for a return label after over 2 weeks and numerous requests. The only response I have gotten is that my return request has been received and I am "in the queue. " Still no return label.
