It's Just OK. Next gen needs improvements.

The backpack is heavy. It offers a very tight compartment that holds a computer and I force my iPad into it as well. The zippers only go down part way so it is hard to store in that side. The top handles are long, and get in the way. A sturdier shorter handle would have been better. It's built tough but is not as convenient to use as I thought it would be.

High quality

Pretty well designed and made from good materials. You can get other backpacks at half the price or better but there would be noticeable quality differences. Padded well in the places it needs padding and fits my 17” diagonal laptop (16” length). The only slight improvement I would recommend is that the side pockets for drinks is pretty narrow. I utilize a standard (thin) cylindrical 24oz water bottle and I have to navigate it into the pocket each time and that is a small water bottle by American standards. Other than working on the elasticity of those side pockets, it is a good bag. I use it for my daily commute but it is also set up to be good for air travel too.

Great looking backpack and looks to be very sturdy build. The number of pockets and places to store things is plentiful. I have only travelled once with the new bag, so I am still learning where everything is stored.

Excellent pack

This backpack is great! Super easy to stay organized, the bag looks great and professional while being comfortable to wear. I am able to store two days of clothing, toiletries and a laptop along with charging accessories. Bag is purposefully designed and the stealth pockets are a great touch. My only criticism is that the front most pocket could use a bit more depth, but for small pens/notebooks this is a non issue.

Amazing travel bag!

TravelPro really has outdone themselves with this one. I absolutely truly love this backpack!! It’s got so many pockets, and little sections for storage items of many sizes. I especially the hidden side pockets and the extra thick padding. Five stars across the board with this one.

Best Bag I've Ever Purchased

So far I've done 5 trips since my purchase. It fits under the plane seats perfect and I still have room for a foot to rest. Great if your in the Exit row. Feels light weight with all my tech and snacks. It's made my life better with it's many pockets to organize.

Nice Looking Backpack But Needs Work

First of all, I do like the appearance of the bag. I think it is a sleek design. That said, I do not like the snap together carry handles at the top of the bag. I think there should be one carry handle that is attached to the arm straps. Secondly, the computer compartment does not unzip all the way, which is fine, but it needs to be a little bit of a wider opening. I do like the sleeve for an iPad or some other tablet. The main compartment is sufficient. I don’t have any complaints and love the little compartment holders and the zipper compartment that are contained on the inside. Makes organization much easier. I like the magnetic pouch on the front where you can throw a phone in or keys pretty easily. The side pockets are sufficient in size. What I am unclear of in the bag is where you would put cords or hold cords for laptop cables. I assume the side pocket would be that area. Finally, I’m not really sure what the pocket is that is contained on the back and is horizontal to the bag. I would also prefer a snap for attaching the arm straps rather than a hook and loop.
