Great for how I use

I use as an underseat companion for 20+ flights per year. The size (large) with a carry-on accomodates as much as a 50 lb checked-bag with zero chance of it being lost when I take it all with me. Love the durability and design.

Amazing style and functionality

I’m in love with this backpack. It looks so chic, has so many awesome features, is comfortable, and amazing quality. I’m a professor so I have to walk quite far across campus so I was looking for something functional that still looked great. This fits the bill! After wearing to work for a few weeks I can confirm it’s also comfortable with great support. Very often I’ve had the thought, “oh I wish the backpack had x feature” only to discover that it already does!

Finally the bag I've been looking for!

Wanted to try the bag since I saw the advertisement… waited several weeks for the all black style to be back in stock. So glad I waited and bought as soon as it was available. It arrived quickly. Great quality… premium feel. Size is perfect for my needs. Fits all my vital electronics and travel gear. Pockets open wide making it easy to see, find, and to get to things. The built in pouch organizers are smart and useful. The ability to slide the bag over my roll aboard luggage handle is a game changer and something I had been missing all my life. I’m even using the water bottle pocket. Just completed first overseas trip with the bag and it made me happy every time I looked at it. So pleased with this purchase.

It could be a lot better functionally given the price

This bag has potential to be amazing with a few design changes. 1) The material is very durable but comes at the cost of being very heavy and taking up a lot of space. I can’t pack much in this bag before its depth is too much to fit under the plane seat because of the bag thickness. This could be resolved by having less internal pockets and lighter weight material (need to strike a balance). 2) At such a premium price I expect the zipper coating to last a while. After two days of using this bag the black coating on the zippers has worn off quite a bit exposing the metal underneath. That is bad for how expensive this bag is. 3) the vertical security pocket in the back of the bag is poorly designed. The internal fabric is loose which causes the zipper to catch on the fabric when unzipping it. It makes a staccato noise and also causes wear on the grey liner.
