Wheel issues

I bought this suitcase right before a trip, and was excited to use it. The color and packing volume are great but it doesn’t move smoothly when upright. It feels very unbalanced and tips/leans forward, making it difficult to steer/maneuver.

Easiest suitcase for travel!

Love this suitcase! It is sturdy- but lightweight AND can rotate with just a finger. I love it!

easily dented

This carryon wheeled nicely , but got dented in the corner, despite the fact that it was not checked in and only put in the overhead bin on the plane. . I noticed this after using it twice.
