poor quality

I know it was on sale and inexpensive but quality is not up to Macy standards. we didn't get an opportunity to try out before the return window closed. so now we are stuck with this. maybe you con find this set at goodwill for a very cheap price.

Bad Quality

Purchased this for my niece for her 23rd birthday to travel to Europe. When she arrived in France the suitcase zipper had come apart and there was a hole at front from what it looks like happened by handling before it arrived at baggage claim. Have tried to reach manufacturer because it has a one year limited warranty … not had any luck. Do not purchase!! If anyone knows or can share the warranty rules I would appreciate. The suitcases were used once and bought it 3 months ago..☹️

I just use it for the first time to my trip and the zipper is easy to brake unfortunately is not a good product

This material is the worst. No wonder it was marked down.

Not so sturdy

I have used this luggage about 4 times. The wheels started getting stuck and wonky about the second time I used it. The last time I used it the shell got cracked by the airlines. I’m so bummed because it was very spacious inside and always had plenty of room for everything.
