Lock does not work

Arrived fine, however lock does not work & I’ve been to the airport twice to get it unlocked

Priced high for individual sell. Priced needs adjusting as if should as a 2 piece set.

I have yet to use them. I maybe returning due to the price of each individual. I have waited for the color to be restocked.
