Too many problems

The first frother I got was sticky- the rubber felt degraded. The manufacturer was quick to replace it but the second frother quit working after a couple months of very light use. Replaced the batteries (it takes 3) and it still did not turn on so it wasn't that it was not powered. I like the look and the case but the functionality and quality are really lacking.

sticky

I was excited to get this frother in the mail and today I got it. but the handle on the bottom with a rubber piece is all sticky. I cannot use it. I'm returning it very disappointed.
