Perfect Braiser!

Highly recommended if anyone is looking for a good stainless steel braiser. The food doesnt stick at all if the flame is kept upto medium- high (4 to 4.5) which is equivalent to the heating you get at High setting. Cleanup is also pretty easy!

would recommend buying it

It's a good size for one pot meal for 2. I even tried making scrambled eggs using EVOO, and the eggs just slid off the pan easily. So I',m very pleased even though the rim wasn't exactly perfect. Nothing was stuck and easy clean up
