What is actually in it?

I’m just trying to read what it actually has in it. The labeling makes it very difficult to read. But then I read Folate, (as folic acid) which is not folate. My children cannot take folic acid, so I’m going to assume the rest of the ingredients may not be appropriate either. That’s disappointing. Make the label easier to read so parents can figure out if it will work for their kids or not.
