Leg cramp magic

I'm 68 and in relatively decent shape. I hit the gym 3X weekly when I can. A recent move had me carrying boxes up/down stairs for days. One night I woke up with an excruciating leg cramp in my inner thigh. It lasted minutes, not seconds and I was sore for a week and had painful minor spasms throughout that recovery. A similarly aged friend had a similar experience and recommended 40,000. It's been about 90 days since I started using it on weekends before and after hard workouts and I haven't had an episode since. Maybe coincidence, but shoot a squirt in my flavored water whenever I'm working.
