Great toy; problems with the sounds

We bought this toy as a Christmas gift for our son. He loves it and is having fun with it. However, after putting it together we noticed an issue with the sounds. When the helmet visor is down, it presses the neck ring button (the small green one), and when you press the big red button it cycles through the sounds in short bursts. Could our visor be incorrectly positioned, and is there a fix?

Great for the Toy Story fans

Great for the Toy Story fans who want to be Buzz. Has other products that can complete the outfit. Straight out of the box, put together in under 5 minutes, then realised needed batteries, that took another few minutes, but from box opening to use no more than 10 minutes. Looks well made and put together, a little bit big on my childs sholders but they are a small 5 year old. Has been dropped a few times and still in perfect condition. Would definately recommend this item for little ones who love Toy Story and enjoy role playing.

Awesome toy!

My son (five years old) absolutely loves the buzz helmet. Easy for him to use and relatively easy to get on and off. A few suggestions... My son was a little confused as to why only one of the buttons on the chest plate make sounds. (Even if they were all linked to the one sound box) My second and final suggestion would be to be a slightly more sturdy body harness. Not an issue when my son was stationery however when he ran about there was some wobbling) Otherwise excellent toy. He is very very happy with the toy!

buzzlight year space ranger with jet pack

Bought this for my nephew. He is 2.5 and a huge buzz lightyear fan. He loves it. Doesn’t even want to take it off. It's really cool. The face shield goes down by itself and the sounds are realistic to Buzz

Amazing toy

As a big toy story fan my self ! Me and my son was really excited to play with the new buzz lightyear space ranger armor ! He even went shopping with with it on because he would not take it off. Very happy boy and mum !!!!

Fantastic for the young imagination

Today our Buzz lightyear jet pack arrived and it's brilliant easy to assemble and use the only con was that our son has broad shoulders so the age range would be the lower side of 4 years I'd say or a small 5 year old
