Terrible product

Just purchased & received the Magnetic Dish Detergent Soap Dispensing Scrub Brush & In-Sink Brush Holder and tried it out no less than 20 minutes ago. The brush holder does not stay affixed to the sink as promised in the advertisements, nor is the brush magnetic. It does not stay held upright to anything, let alone the side of our metal sink. As well, when standing up in any manner, the brush leaks soap. This is beyond poor design. I suspect that part of the issue is the weight of the brush with soap in it. Did no one at manufacturer try to stand the brush up, in the holder, affixed to a metal sink, when it was filled with soap? I ALSO purchased this because your website suggests that the brush heads can be replaced, but upon looking at the brush I purchased through Macys, it does not appear to be so. I have photos and a video of the brush falling into the sink when trying to affix it, but this website will not upload them.
