Upgraded from 1700 to Fit and love it

I upgraded my 1700 with the Fit, and I’m glad I did. I had a 1700 for many years, and while it was great, the Fit is a clear upgrade. My wife has started using it and loves it as much as me.

Great fitness tool for any age & sport

Now that I'm in my 70's, balance, flexibility and core strength are more important than ever. The Total Gym FIT allows you to do everything from yoga style flexibility stretching to functional resistance and weight training. It tones and strengthens core muscles which greatly aids balance. And because you're lifting your own weight by means of the cable system, multiple positions and range of motion is possible. Excellent machine.

A good investment
