Wrong case on too big frames!

I recieved womens eye glass frames by Tory Burch. All the measurements was not revealed on the web site, so took a chance. Too big for me, more of a mans's size so wanted to return. The store clerk told me they were in a Gucci case, which I had not seen. I do not have a Tory Burch case or Gucci glasses so was not a mistake from me. Frames would not be allowed to return with wrong case.
