We got a replacement and the watch is still incorrect. Website shows you a specific set up for the watch and the actual watch doesn’t match the web picture. Service at the store was excellent but product is wrong.
poor manufacture
Second watch that I bought, first one with the same issue, with a major defect, the logo is loose and not in place, extremely disappointed.
Absolutely beautiful watch
At first i thought the watch was defective because of the T wasn’t straight but when I brought it to the store as soon as they put the battery to work the watch the T turns around as the watch works !!!!
VERY HAPPY WITH KIRA!
Just received my watch and it is gorgeous!!!Packaged very well. This is a new watch, still had the plastic covering on it. The face is a beautiful dark/navy blue. A watch that can be worn either dressed up or just casual. Purchased watch on sale - this is my third Tory Burch watch and she never disappoints!
Not worth it

crooked logo
The Tory Burch logo is crooked. Very disappointing. Also, the blue in the picture is beautifully vibrant. The blue on the actual watch is more muted, more of a navy blue, not a royal blue.
Poor quality
The Tory Burch trademark emblem was on sideways....I returned the watched and ordered another one. That watch also arrived with the same defect. I was very disappointed with the quality of the watch.

I don’t know why even bother trying to send customers defective and damage products, should have read reviews before purchasing! The cross on the face of the watch i received is slanted not straight clearly a defective product they are trying to sell. Disappointing!
