Beautiful, but broke

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd TB watch. It is beautiful and doubles as a bracelet. Sadly, after wearing just 2 times, the swiveling gold case that flips fell out. I returned to the store where excellence in customer service was displayed and the entire watch was replaced.
