Does not work, again

Was sent a replacement because the toniebox did not work off charger. The same problem persist with the replacement . It seems to be a common issue with the toniebix where there are battery problems.

Music is mono and pre-recorded by no names

I purchased not realizing how low quality the speaker would be, mono, and the songs, like Moana, are re-recorded by random people. We pay for these premium "Tonies" expecting a great experience and it's amateur hour.
