Disappointed

I've worn Toms shoes for years-all size 6-all very comfortable. I bought this shoe in size 6 and expected the same experience but that was not the case. These are not comfortable. I will have to wear them with socks and even then the fit is not good or comfortable.

Narrow and Stiff

I returned these for a half size up thinking they would fit better, but I was wrong. They are long and narrow making me wish I had kept the others. Very disappointed in the ones they sent because they were dirty and missing the protective paper and cardboard inserts for shaping. I take good care of my shoes returning them to the box after wearing and covering them with the protective paper. Even if these fit I would return because of their nasty condition and the missing materials. Very disappointing because they are cute shoes that can go with anything.

Do not fit like normal Toms

These shoes were sheer pain. I bought a half size bigger, based on the reviews and I wear nice shoes, the kind that have to be broken in, and take time. I did that with these. They still hurt like death. I should have returned them. I just donated them to Goodwill. A torture device, even after trying and trying to get them broken in.

Poor shipping

Haven’t even received them! Super slow shipping. In this day and age, you need to do better
