Really love this sweater. Well made, so soft & fits perfectly. And the price was perfect as well. The nice thing about it is you can dress it up as well as dress it down with jeans & booties. Coupons happier.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I ordered UPC 196701265418 on Feb 16 (Online Order# 4573818745) and the order was supposed to be shipped to the store at Montgomery Mall for pick up. After not seeing any progress, I called Macy's, and the estimated delivery was on 2/25 so I visited the store as the order status was not changing. After waiting for 20min for the manager to come to the Customer Service are, Patrick was unable to provide me with any information - Totally waste of time. I called Customer Service and after spending almost 30min, I was told the item will be ready on 2/26 and I should expect an update email (All I got was a feedback email). I had to call Customer Service again on 2/26 as I NEED THE ITEM BY FRIDAY 2/28 and the associate said the item was delivered to the store on 2/19; Tracking# 1ZY2992V0308838832 and te associate's name who received it is Helen!!! So, I was advised to go to the store again and follow up as the Customer Service associate tried to call the store 5 times (tried different extension) and NOBODY PICKED UP THE PHONE!!! Horrible experience!

Very nice, but…

I loved it, but was surprised to see that it doesn’t unbutton all the way down in the front. Only the top 3 buttons work. It is a pullover sweater. I may not have noticed this fact in the description.
