Order Never received

I NEVER got this order. It was NEVER mailed out and CS is telling me I have to pay for it! I DON'T THINK SO. Taking this to Legal. Their products are either cheaply made or customer service doesn't do their job. Time for Macy's to close. It was never run this way before. All their close appear to be 'cheap bargain basement'. Don't waste your money.
