Unresolved Order Issues

I recently ordered an item from Macy's and, unfortunately, I have yet to receive it. I reached out to customer service for assistance, but my experience was disappointing. The representative was unhelpful and did not provide a clear solution regarding a reshipment or refund. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I still have no updates or support. This lack of communication and resolution has left me frustrated. I hope Macy's improves their customer service to better support their customers in the future.

Not good

This shirt was awful. I wore it a few times but it was itchy and did not breathe.

Love it!

I love this shirt! It was one of my favorites with white pants this summer when I went out. I also wore it with shorts. I bought the navy blue and while it was a little big at first, it shrunk ever so slightly after being washed.

This top looks sort of grubby

Material is scratchy and wrinkles easy. It looks sort of grubby as it looks old even though it is new. I do not like it.

Nice Top

Very nice top and not see through like som many other manufacturers when it comes to being linen. Only thing I didn’t like was the location of the embroidery emblem. The designer’s name is on the tag of the dy. Will take it to seamstress to remove delicately. Glad I ordered a medium. Busty!

Size Down

I really liked the design and print but not the fabric. It is 55% linen and 45% viscose and felt rough and scratchy. Maybe washing the garment would have solved the problem but I didn't want to take that chance. Had to return. For point of reference I am 5'7" and 172 pounds and normally wear a Large but in this loose design I had to size down to a Medium.

Nice top

Nice blouse made of quality material, but runs big. I usually wear S. I ordered S and XS and I am keeping the XS. Still looks a little oversized. The armholes are on the large side, but I'll make it work. Other than that, I like the material and the print. I ordered the natural color and it looks nice with black linen pants.
