Failed on line order

I ordered a house coat and paid for the extra shipping a week before my wifes birthday. It was to arrive in 2 days leaving 5 days before the big day. I recieved messages thanking me for the ordered on day 3. On day6 nothing had arrive, I called customer service and the AI voice could not answer any questions. I went to the Macy store in Tri-cities and they were GREAT 5- STAR TO LISA. She found that the order had not shipped yet, offered to take one from store stock ( but tgey didn’t have one). She gave me store coupon to find something else and gave me paperwirk to help with discussions on Monday. Customer service gave me a discount and re ordered the item which should be here today. Painful process. Thanks to Lisa at my local store in Kennewick Wa she has my business in the future. I hope Corporate learns from her.

Not thrilled

I bought this robe. Let me just say I am normally an avid Tommy fan. Anyway the robe came it’s not sewn correctly hole in pocket where not sewn at all. Not sewn properly around neck line. Also runs slightly small and a bit on the thin side
