Used!!

Macys sent me a used pair of shoes..that looked like this was a returned shoe or a shoe that rhe customers tried on.. Why would you fulfill an order with a used item?.. Customers order for new and unused items and thats what they should get. I returned it!!

Simple shoe, but pretty wide around the foot for those with a smaller foot width. Would be nice if there was a way to tighten them.
