Security Tag Left on - Not Happt

The security tag was left on the item. Had to return and the color I ordered was no longer available had to pick a different color, not happy. How does this happen on something ordered on line? In a store I can see but online.

Longer Length Cropped Pants

Fit perfectly. Inseam length is what I was looking for in a cropped pant. Falls just above ankle. Nice fabric. Washed well.
