Beautiful dress

I bought this dress for Easter and it was so beautiful. It is very colorful and I received many compliments. The only thing is that it is slightly loose in the area beneath the bust and above the waist. But other than that I love the dress!

run small size up

pretty color, nice soft fresh fabric, but not streched, run small on top in area of the arms and chest, 5'2" 145 lbs size 12 exchanged for a 14 but too big on hips. sizing is off. It is as shame. I really want to keep it.
