Macy Error

Recent order of Women's size 11 shoes but received Men's size 11... why do I have to go out of my way & expense to correct this error? Macy's should send UPS to pick up.

Deliver to late

Not good people i order on January 23/2025 they ship on 01/28 to late i was expecting earlier but they don't care now i am getting it on 02/04 witch is to listen i don't think I will take i will return it back.......we will never order with them any more

Where Are They?

I wish I could write a review, but I didn't get the shoes. UPS handed them over to the local post office and then they vanished! Tracking said they were in the mailbox--a pair of shoes in a mailbox? After much effort, I could not get an answer. I was just handed over from one service to another. I really looked forward to these shoes.
