Skirt with the pleats but not with the belt buckle

I love the color and the pleats but the belt buckle took away the looks and the ability to wear a blazer with the skirt. The size is a little off as well. I would return to the store but you don't have my size. I ordered a 12 and I should have ordered a 10.

waist too big

It runs way too big I’m 118 lb. 5’2” and the small size looks like XL honestly, the waist is huge, I’ll return it.
